I cannot say enough about the exceptional service at this hotel! Not only did they go out of their way to return the sim cards I accidentally left in the room, but the staff also made sure our room was cozy with the perfect heating settings and stocked with a variety of tea and coffee options. the terrace offered a stunning view and a peaceful place to relax, while the free wi-fi in the rooms kept us connected. We will definitely be back to enjoy all the wonderful amenities this hotel has to offer.
